I have studied this certificate courses online for one week. It taught me a lot of useful and valuable knowledge about how to teach English to different ages of students. Especially it told me some really useful techniques to how to prepare and implement the course plan in the class. It also provides a lot of useful teaching demo videos to me and that is helpful. Moreover, it provides many teaching kids demo videos, which are exactlly what I want to learn. I really recommend this course to other people who want to become an English teacher. Cheers!

Very informative, user friendly and informative online program to become a successful English teacher both in English/Non-English-speaking countries. High quality content and a blend of text, audio/video sessions to acquire the relevant skills in becoming a competent teacher who can teach in campus or online with full confidence and authority. Quizzes are very important in order to challenge the reader to answer them. 120 hours of learning is very useful for future teachers to apply these skills in real teaching scenarios while continuously improving their knowledge base as an efficient teacher.

It took a while to establish a rhythm with the different modules, and I found myself thoroughly enjoying learning new things and looking forward to the quizzes at the end of each lesson. It was a subtle reward system that kept me motivated and focused.

The course modules were easy to navigate and I was often motivated to learn more and the next lessons. It didn't stress me at all. Everything was understandable, and sample video lessons were very helpful as they helped me to understand the module in real-time teaching.

Easy to navigate. Simple to complete the lessons. All modules have a summary, which is useful to remember the whole module, as it refreshes my mind. Quizzes were very simple and easy to complete.

All in all, I believe this course is very helpful for first-time ESL teachers, especially if they are going to teach in A1 or pre-intermediate level students.

Most of the sample classes' videos were about working with little kids, so I believe the entire course is more likely dedicated to ESL teachers who aim to teach beginners.

I liked that the course went through a lot of topics I have already faced in the classroom and did not actively remember and/or consider. Also, it provides new ideas to implement, such as the museum tour. I also consider it helps to get closer to new and innovative methods and approaches that can be helpful to put some distance from the traditional approaches that sometimes might difficult and negatively affect the students' learning process.

Also, it is a good alternative for new teachers who want to start working, but do not have enough experience, therefore, not enough tools and specific knowledge to begin.

The World TESOL Academy was able to provide me a very comprehensive 120-hour TESOL course. I gained lots of knowledge, teaching strategies and approaches whether teaching online or overseas. I was able to unlearn outdated or not so good habits in teaching the English language, and at the same time relearn new and up to date teaching approaches. It was a very clear course to start teaching for people that haven't studied education and need the basics. It is a very useful certification specially if you are travelling around the world and need a remote job. The contents were interesting and well organised according to the importance, the page was easy to navigate and the test at the end of every unit were concise and clear. The examples and several videos showed through the course were interesting and helpful. I studied education and this helped me to refresh some of the content I studied years ago.
